Today.   5 sets.  4 split sets at a regular pace (about one second per pushup), and one slow set (about 3 seconds per pushup).

Any how you did it and results tends to the same fitness and health.

Like I did 25 into 4
This could probably be due to the space from my last report
If not 20 into 5 had been my case or even less count into more sets

When I first started doing daily pushups I started with doing 15 per set and then worked my way up to doing 25-40 per set for a couple of months, and in the first several weeks I did around 3-4 sets per day, but after 3 weeks I worked up to 5 sets per day.  I continued to be quite sore from pushups in between sets, so I tended to have to spread my pushups through the whole day.

After a couple of months, I did have some increases in my pushups per set to tend to be up to 60 per set, even though many times I gravitated towards 50 per set.

Between July and December, I did start to throw in some longer set days between 8 sets and 15 sets per day in order to  attempt to prepare me for attempting  to maximize my daily pushups in order to celebrate the BTC price getting above $100k, but then I also added purposefully slow sets in October (to one of my sets per day), and then I added split sets in early December which my version of split sets means that I do something like 35-40 pushups and then I take a break for 1-3 minutes and then do another 35-50 pushups for the second part of the set within the split set.

Since early December, I have been pretty much been doing my total of 5 pushup sets per day with 4 split sets and 1 slow set.  At some point, I might have to slow down.

Hello, I'm new to the forum. I started doing push-ups today. I was feeling a bit weak today, so I managed to do 84 push-ups throughout the day. They were in the following order: 20, 20, 20, 20, 14.

To the extent that you are not making things up, if you really did 5 pushups sets with the numbers that you stated, then you did 94 pushups.. and not 84 pushups.  You can edit your report within the next 5-ish hours if you want the correction to be potentially captured in DirtyKeyboard's script (I am not  sure if he has chosen to manually add new pushers or not).
