Almost all countries experience unemployment problems and this unemployment is very dangerous if the country does not deal with it properly because with unemployment there will be crime, theft and so on in the country.

Especially in the era of technology like today, education alone will not be able to produce jobs, besides land is too expensive for farming, capital is too small for entrepreneurship, and in addition human skills are starting to be replaced by AI. If we do not want to adapt to technological developments, what is left in the future? Therefore it is very important for each of us to hone our skills and want to continue learning so that we are not included in the unemployed group.

One of the biggest problems in a country is the large number of unemployed which has implications for the high poverty rate. Like it or not we must have skills. Many skills must be honed while still in school. For example, mechanical skills (machine shop), computer programming, copywriting, Deskomvis (visual communication design) both images, audio engineers to video editing, Orators/public speakers (speeches), LKDK (Basic Leadership Training) especially to become a Leader in a small-scale community/organization, investment and so on.
