Arizona could probably be the first US state among others to approve and own a BTC reserve. This is on the grounds about how they are so fast tracking the bill for BTC reserve which has presently gotten to the Senate floor for further ratification of the process to a BTC reserve for Arizona.

Teuscher believes the bill allows Utah to take the lead in digital asset adoption in the U.S. While over a dozen states have bills geared toward BTC reserves, none has passed them, and Teuscher believes Utah could be the first. If Utah legislators vote for the bill, it could take effect as soon as early May.
