Poverty is actually associated with many reasons but you have to try to change your position yourself for this, education is very important, nothing can be done without adequate education. Without education people do not get good jobs and their income is low. Education builds confidence in a person. Educated people can rely on their knowledge and skills without education there is a lack of confidence which is a big obstacle in getting good jobs.
Education is very important for eradication of poverty in many cases but what type of education do you mean ?
Do you mean the going to class to sit and learn what you would probably not practise in reality? bagging a degree or certificate just to be among the multitude who are graduates?
One can be educated without school the world has adviced to a level where it's about what you can offer the society and not how much time you spent in the school or college to become someone, the employment opportunities in the society is far lesser than the people who needs the job.
Eradicating poverty has to do with mindset, setting new goals and making the necessary connections with those who are up their already and have something specific and special to offer the society at large.
