It affects the potential indeed, and it best to have an equal budget to make sure that you are in-line with your suppose allocated amount for your gambling, it's also shows how discipline you are when playing, it's a sole responsibility that you needed to established as a responsible gambler, making sure that you'll not going to over-exceed with your money and with the amount of time that you'll going to spent for each gambling participation that you'll going to take.
Allocating a comparable amount of money in gambling aims to ensure discipline and people can make adjustments to the amount of money used to gamble with money to meet their living needs according to the income they get from work. This sounds strange and difficult to do because usually people do not have a strategy to manage the budget allocation for gambling because usually it runs outside the thoughts of responsible people. Not exceeding the limit can be managed if someone understands that gambling is not a place to make money consistently so that they have the option to stop when experiencing unreasonable limits in previous betting losses.
