My fellow forum memebers, I don't know if any of you is like me who doesn't know how to remain calm when am betting. I always find myself being too agitated by the bet, it mostly happen when am watching a game that I have bet on, although even when am not watching the match but if am just aware that the match is on, I feel agitated. Before of this my attitude, I slightly stay long while playing casino games because the longer I stay, the more disturbed I feel.
You need to get used to calming your heart and mind. and try to find other activities that can distract you, if your mind is disturbed by other activities, then you don't just focus on your bet. Using the money you have prepared for the bet will also help you, because usually people who use money they don't want to lose tend to have excessive worry. But if it continues, I think you already have symptoms of excessive anxiety, maybe taking a break can help you.
