Americascardroom.eu - Deposit in many cryptos and wd in many cryptos. Balance shows as fiat
Blackchipppoker.eu - sister site of americascardroom
Truepoker.eu - another sister site of ACR

Seals with clubs - lots of collusion accusations and some recent accusations of other things

Betcoin.ag - Small selection of tourneys not many high roller games very few hours of operation daily

Stake.com - Couldn't tell you the tourney selection but plenty of cash games

Stake.us - Small tourney selection usually from 530 pm -11 pm then only cash games offered

BcPoker- Don't know much about them but seen complaints of only 1 tourney offered

ignition poker - decent selection of tourneys

Coin poker - small site, small player pool, but decent selection of tourneys
