In the case of Amorim, I think it is obvious that he has a plan and a style which clearly the current players don’t fit in. Amorim needs fresh legs and players that will fit into his style which means signings need to happen and this kind of overhaul cannot be effectively carried out through a January transfer window. I expected the club’s management to instruct Amorim to stall his style for the moment since he doesn’t have the players to execute it. At this time surviving relegation should be the ultimate goal.
If we continue believing all the players aren't fitting into amorims strategy and pattern of playing then we may be aswell assuming a complete overhaul should be done on the team which I don't see as a feasible thing to do because it will cost the team so much that they are actually not even going to consider that as an option but then I think it's time amorim begins to look into making an adjustment so he too can get some players with whom he can work with and then make the necessary changes as the needs arises, he can aswell consider rotations for better productivity.
