No punishments
For example wars...don't use name of nation or country leader to blame on it.
Don't hide behind the nation and lables, make that person who did bad things accountble for crimes.
The one who does order someone to do never guilty because evervy human have common sense what can Do and what not against other people.

World will not deal and not punish those that's why we keep seeing how people complaining.
