Although Bayer Leverkusen is still trying hard to reduce the points gap with Bayern Munich in the remaining matches which are quite a lot, I don't think that it will be easier for Leverkusen to do this season. Because from the current eight points gap, at least Munich has the opportunity to stay at the top of the Bundesliga standings if Munich loses again in one or two more matches in the Bundesliga. So Munich clearly will not be relaxed enough in facing such conditions for now because Munich will continue to try to add points in every match.
I mean they couldn't even beat Bayern Munich home while they had all the dominance from the beginning to the end... The gap is still 8 points after this 0-0 draw. I feel like they have missed that train going to the league title.
Yeah there are still 12 more weeks but Bayern Munich just don't lose man. Even in their worst condition they somehow steal the point. Besides I don't see anyone else who can stop Bayern Munich. They literally have 1 loss in 22 games so far.Leverkusen also lost the same times but they just got too many draws. They aren't as lucky as the previous season when it comes to last minute winners.
