You are so messed up that it isn't even worth it to answer you. So, I'll just show you a few little pieces. We could go on for days playing with words and concepts. It isn't worth the time.

I do not concede anything, there are people much better suited than you to interpret. Regardless, elections cannot be held for the following reasons, apart from legal impediments:
Security cannot be guaranteed for voters. - This is exactly the reason why to get rid of Z even without a vote. If he can't guarantee security, what good is he? If there just isn't any security at all anywhere, simply level the field without it and vote.
Soldiers are at the front and many people left Ukraine and should have the right to vote. - The people who left Ukraine have voted... against Z. How? By not coming back and fighting. If you have an election, and include the people that are gone as being against Z, and simply give Z the number of soldiers at the front, Z would be gone, easily.
Large parts of Ukraine are militarily occupied by Ruzzia. - Let the Russians vote, because if there were no war, many of them in the Donbas area would be voting anyway. The idea of no security would still exist if there were no war.
The risk of Putin playing the democracy is to high. - Such a risk wouldn't be there if Z had any chance of winning at all.

We can twist ideas and words all day. One point remains. Let there be an election so that we can get rid of Z that way, or let there be an election so we can find other ways to get rid of Z.
However, if things go on as they have been lately, pretty soon Kiev will be the only piece of Ukraine that Z will have any influence over. The difference will be saving of Ukrainian and Russian lives.
