On paper, Liverpool should easily beat City (after all, Liverpool was able to beat even Real in the Champions League), but in reality it will be difficult to do so, since Liverpool is no less tired than City after the game with Aston Villa. Plus, for City, this is a home game, so bookmakers are quoting this match as follows:

2.84 - 3.80 - 2.32

Personally, from the real ones for cash bets, I only see BTTS and possibly Total Over (City has a leaky defense).

From what you said is like you are directing the whole thing to end in a draw, it can happen that way but I have this feeling that Manchester City are going to beat Liverpool that's if they are ready to coordinate themselves ahead of that encounter because I see City as a team that are trying to impress in big games and at the same time they make mistakes. We know the Citizens as a team who likes to dominate every games and make their opponent feel the heat but look at them now, they can't even endure a 5mins pressure without making a silly mistake. I can't point out the favorite in this game but I can tell you for sure that Liverpool are losing all 3pt.

So Double Chance on City? Maybe this makes sense since City are the underdog and in a random game a bet on the underdog has value.
I saw Pep's interview and still don't quite understand what's going on at the club - let's say there was a realistic excuse for Haaland in the game with Real, but nothing reasonable was said about KDB. It will be interesting to see if there will be similar surprises in the game against Liverpool.
