I am glad that you got your funds back, but I still wonder why they still had to take this long though to help you. It's their fault that they don't display warnings on the swap page, and it looks like they haven't corrected the mistake.
they will most likely keep (steal) the coins if you do not contact the support team and try by all means to recover your money.
I guess that's their mod of operation. Hadn't OP made a lot of noise, maybe they wouldn't have refunded the money.
