If this is proven to be manipulation by the manager, it is possible that the manager included several alt accounts in his own campaign.
Does it mean that managers who are known to be trusted people can manipulate spreadsheets as well? I don't still have this idea as I think that those who are called managers are reputable and trustworthy people that can as well punished their applicants who are found cheating or violating their campaign rules and regulations. If a campaign manager does this then I can assumed most of the managers as well can compromise.
I know the creator of the spreadsheet can see all the edits, unsure if just anyone can see them. Most of the managers aren't going to manipulate the spreadsheet regardless as there are always eyes watching and why risk it?
Well you are right but I have worked on live sheets before when trying to do some recording and performance, and I gave access to my friend when he manipulated the sheet and changes some information it shows that "sheet was edited lastly by his name on it" so, what we should think now is does the manager hire someone to update sheet with him or not, and even if no one update sheet with him he wouldn't mind saying that he hired someone to help update sheet, therefore all blame could be channeled to someone else.

not all managers have a good reputation in the forum, you can certainly see some managers with newbie accounts on the Bounty board. Have they built their reputation in campaign management? not that I don't believe it, but if I were a bounty participant of course I would be skeptical about how they manage the campaign. although I am more sure that they are just Newbie accounts, not really new forum users.
Hamilton closed the spreadsheet for stake calculation. after that found an address that got the calculation but never registered for a bounty campaign, how does the manager explain that?
This is to show that there is something phishing going on there as only manager could do this or the next person whom he gave access to help update sheet with him. And of course you are right, some account with newbies rank aren't to be trusted for any reason as they could compromised for their personal gain or extra dollars from the project, moreover when they know that the coin is already listed on exchange or that has potential they could do all they can to make sure they secure extra cash for themselves, that is why when hiring a campaign manager we should be extremely careful to know what type of manager a project owners should hire.
