Generally, yes,  Binance offers ways to convert your crypto coins to fiat, and then you can transfer that to your bank account.  Many ways actually. However, its not always a super simple, one-click process.  It may depend on your country and your bank account linked to the Binance account, and some other things, so its probably better to discuss this with the customer service.
