It is difficult because it involves a decision making process and your emotions towards trade might be positive or negative that's to say you need to be in control of your emotions so that your trades won't be affected by it. And also your emotions usually have a way of controlling and affecting your outcome during trades this is why most experienced traders are very cautious of how they operate when emotions comes in. But what you need to do is to learn to control your emotions in such a way that it doesn't affect your trade, I know is kinda hard to understand this but this is what you need to do.
