Nigerians why can't we just be truthful to one another for once, writing this in pain. A scammer i consider as a friend scammed me of my 115 PI. His excuse was that he sent it to his own vendor to buy it but up till now the vendor has not sent the money and also the PI back. The main reason i sold was because i needed that money day before yesterday i couldn't wait again for the listing. Now i have nothing! What can i do to such a friend because am tired and we are not even in the same state?
How did you guys become friends in the first place? I mean do you guys know each other physically before he relocates or travel to another state? Or you both met online and became friends? If the former was the case, he might probably be telling you the truth but if the latter was the case, sorry to say but you're probably being scammed. Although, I will still blame him for not linking you directly with the vendor for transparency even if he's telling the truth but then I realise that he might be looking up to some little profits too by reducing the price for you as against what the vendors are buying. Whatever the case maybe, it's still a scam though since you don't have your coins again.
Lesson!
Never engage in any form of online/digital transaction with a total stranger unless they agree to send first or better still use escrow service where available. Unless you are completely ready to face the consequency, you should know that such transactions are not entirely safe. You could have also performed the transaction in batches and not at once. At least, it could have minimized your loss.
