Thanks for bringing up this initiative. I have a very limited knowledge about the lightning network.
This experiment of yours could really help me elevate my knowledge on the lightning network.
I am about to give this a try. I haven't used my Bitcoin Full Node on Raspberry Pi 400 for quite some time now and so this will help me sync my wallet up to date.
I'll post here as soon as the whole blockchain is downloaded and to show that I am not bluffing here's a screenshot of the progress.
