Few days ago, I was reading in the news that President Trump has banned any form of creation of CBDC in the United states, if this news happen to be true which I am believing it is, it's absolutely good for bitcoin because bitcoin will remain the only dominant internet money as long as the US is concerned.
You're correct, I didn't know this.It's actually weird to see Trump ban the creation of their own CBDC because this is same to fiat. If the US not allow it, we can expect many countries will follow to not launch their own CBDC.
Enough to answer @OP's question, if they didn't allow CBDC, how it can affect Bitcoin in the first place?
