Today I added a new challenge for myself where usually when I start push ups with 30 reps for each set I will stop first but now I try to add a little more pressure for myself where I add 15 shit ups for one set.
It's just an addition, it doesn't reduce the number of push ups in the challenge because actually this is just a change in the time of the shit ups that I do considering that previously for shit ups I combined it with running (doing shit ups after running in the morning) but for now I started trying to combine it with this push up challenge.
30 push ups and 15 shit ups for one set that although a little not too used to this because it was my first time doing it but the results are still quite good although it can't be denied there is a feeling of a little tired afterwards
