government are the laws makers and so are core, core create the new laws(rules) of new features of bitcoin
yes the units of funds (sats) are a currency asset. but bitcoin protocol is the law of bitcoin governed by core, practiced, abided by and followed by the community
You can literally call your local representative to point out for example, to raise their attention to something. Like if a public children's basketball court is not within safe distance standard from a new power cord. Or if you need them to know that public infra should to be build in some area, like traffic lights or speed bumps in specific road.
