So I am new here. I would like to get some financial advice from you all regarding investing in Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency that I have been hearing so much about but still having cold feet to invest in it. I have some funds fixed in my commercial bank for almost 3 years now that will be due soon. For the past three years, the interest gotten from that fixed money is not much to call that a wise investment decision so I'm thinking of investing in Bitcoin. 12 percent per annum is not that okay for me, just left it there to avoid spending it. Even though, I will just invest a little from that amount to see how it will turn out.
I was introduced recently to this forum and I must say, it's an incredible place to learn about Bitcoin. I have learned a lot these past few days. If I had joined this group earlier maybe I would have gotten some Bitcoins to my name.
Please, what do you advise I do?. Thank you as I read your responses
Welcome to the forum and I am happy you can see the good path of bitcoin you can talk well about. Not so many people initially introduced into bitcoin will have a grasp understanding and support what bitcoin is today within a short period of knowing about it. Your opinion on bitcoin looks positive and that’s to show that you’re convinced so much to invest in bitcoin for a better profit in the future through investment in it. When you’ve decided to use that your savings from the commercial bank into investing in bitcoin, make sure you have another separate savings that you can depend on emergency funds from.
Your investment with the bank may have been a fixed one that you can’t touch until it reaches it maturity period you set it for. Bitcoin may work a little bit different from what the bank does, so you should be patient and not to touch from your investment in bitcoin before they get to reach the maturity stage you’re supposed to take profit from. Bitcoin is the way forward and you may have wanted to know more about it earlier because you would have earned more profits from it than what’s give earned from the bank over the years I’ve saved money there.
