I think i remember reading that the lender was out less than 25$ after all the extensions and added interest, so i think the lender will be fine. The default on the rest of the loan was expected once he got exposed though.
the lender is out more than $25, he borrowed $600, paid back $565, so he is out on $14 + $162 in unpaid intrest.
it's unfortunate, but i think he could have paid off the rest of the loan if he wanted to.
but a scumbag gonna be a scumbag. the way he abandoned his accounts definitely shows he probably has more he earns from.
this is a wild guess, but i think he might have an active loan from his other accounts with the same lender. probably if we go through all the accounts with an active loan, we will find another alt at least.
You're making my point for me. He paid all but $35 back apparently, which means the lender is only technically losing $35 not including interest. Interest IMO is not part of the principle it's the extra. Of course the lender wants his interest, but technically he isn't out a bunch.
Pakhitheboss borrowed and agreed to terms and owes the rest of the loan and interest, that's not in dispute. My point was just that overall shasan lost very little on the loan.
