I don't see it as something that will be of any threat to BTC, just as USDT and USDC are centralised stablecoins that are backed by USDT, so I also consider CBDC as just another local currency in a digital form, which the government will still have control over, just like every other fiat currency, so I don't see it as a threat to Bitcoin; instead, some will see it as a means of exposure to even learn about other digital currencies and from their access to Bitcoin.

CBDC are not a threat to Bitcoin but they are a threat to stablecoin as they are both offering the same service and since CBDC will be having the government approval, it will be getting more support than the stablecoin that we have now. Only a few will still be using the stablecoin since they think they are safe with stablecoin not knowing that they are both the same. Your money would not be safe in any of them and your privacy too because that is what the government are after as they do not want anyone to be anonymous that they do not know what is going on with them. The government have always been trying to kill Bitcoin but as the have noticed that they can not kill Bitcoin, they will now be trying to control it by controlling the centralized things in the market.
