Pretty sure this ain't even confusion about the technical difference that they have, just that you're confused about casino games in general lol. I'd suggest just visiting a casino (site or physical, doesn't really matter) and just trying your hand out in them if you're curious, or if googling what they do isn't enough for you.

If you were to pick one though, highly suggest playing crash. Pretty addictive if you ask me
