97% of Buffett’s wealth was acquired after the age of 60, and 99% of it was earned after 50. We in our 30s are truly still so young. If we want to achieve true freedom one day, we must never stop learning and refining ourselves. It’s okay to go slow, but we can’t do nothing.

At the very least, we should have a strong and healthy body
We can't compare Warren Buffett's generation to this present generation, during their time there wasn't enough opportunities for people to become millionaires and billionaires, very few people were very rich. We have a lot of young entrepreneurs that have made a lot of money before they hit ,30 years, we have a lot of opportunities to make money now compared to the time when Warren Buffett was in his thirties. Example is people are making a lot of money online now, something that wasn't possible in the prime of Mr. Buffett, so we shouldn't remain in our comfort zone in our thirties because Warren Buffett, wasn't a billionaire then. If you don't have a visitor to become successful in your youth, you can't be rich in the future.
I however agree that health is the greatest wealth, if you don't have it you can't enjoy riches whether young or old.
