I don't think Napoli will get anything with the remaining minutes in this game,  2-1 lead and it will hurt Napoli very well with all they did to get a win but still nothing came back with nothing so Inter Milan will enjoy the rest of the week knowing that they are at the top again and it will be hard for Inter to drop point. Even with the 1pt difference I still think Napoli are not yet done for the title race and Inter Milan also are not safe. Like I said before that Conte need to be careful with his defense because Como will never stop knocking till they get another goal and it happened that Como got the second goal and it ended 2-1.
This is very surprising even though Napoli really need points because of the fierce competition at the top of the standings with Inter Milan but this week Napoli failed to get points against the bottom team, this is quite surprising in my opinion and apart from that I don't see anyone to blame for this defeat but that's how football is sometimes there are unexpected surprises.

And for Como, their defense line is indeed quite good, it is worthy of appreciation and throughout this season, Como is a promoted team that is worthy of being reckoned with when playing at their own ground, they seem to have quite high motivation and self-confidence.
Dao stole all three points from Napoli. This is a good vibes to Inter who is sitting on the first position currently. It's been a while since Napoli has been topping the table, but now that they have gone down to second position, it might be difficult for them to take the first position from Inter. However, when Inter and Napoli clashes, is when we would know if Napoli deserves the league.
