I don't think Napoli will get anything with the remaining minutes in this game, 2-1 lead and it will hurt Napoli very well with all they did to get a win but still nothing came back with nothing so Inter Milan will enjoy the rest of the week knowing that they are at the top again and it will be hard for Inter to drop point. Even with the 1pt difference I still think Napoli are not yet done for the title race and Inter Milan also are not safe. Like I said before that Conte need to be careful with his defense because Como will never stop knocking till they get another goal and it happened that Como got the second goal and it ended 2-1.
The race for the title is getting tighter between Napoli and Inter Milan with a difference of 1 point, it is very likely that Inter Milan will shift Napoli's position which is above them. A 2-1 advantage will certainly be very detrimental to Napoli because the match they were supposed to win suddenly lost points, the next match is still there.
Inter Milan has received good news this week. Como beat Napoli beyond predictions. The attack launched in the second half by Como brought a satisfying result with a score of 2-1 in the last minute which was very painful.
I wouldn't rate the Napoli side too high in this encounter against Como because like you said they are suppose to win but they lost their gear and the next thing they know the Como side are celebrating the big win. Napoli need to continue winning games just to stay close to Inter Milan if not any dropped point it will be a big blow to them as Inter will be leading the table with 4pt clear and it will be hard to see Inter lose or draw, they will put on their best to win their remaining games at hand but on second thought, this can be the last time we could be seeing Napoli sit at the number 1 position in the log because I don't think Inter will back down in their remaining fixture.
