I just added lunges back in, and they are really hurting. It is going to take a while. For now I will do 1 split set pushups, 1 set of lunges, 1 slow set pushups, 1 set lunges, and then 1 split set pushups.
Hopefully I can build up to being able to do split set lunges, but that is probably going to take a while...let's see if I can do this for a month or more and then revisit the progress (if any?).
