People have to figure it out on their own. You can lead a horse to water, but in this case they'll refuse the water to eat a pile of shit and then blame you for it.
we have no obligation to force them to invest their money in bitcoin. as long as we have told them about bitcoin, whether they take it seriously or not, whether they buy it or not, then that is their business. we have told them from the beginning that bitcoin has potential, but if they reject it and say that there is something better, that is their right. but when they come back and say that they are interested in knowing bitcoin just because they saw that in the news the price of bitcoin reached 100k usd, then they are on their own. they need to find out for themselves and think about it. it is no use with us anyway, so why do we care anymore.
Its good to hear some people reminded of you when they hear Bitcoin again. And old man I knew way a decade ago saw me at the mall and then have a small talk for awhile and then a common friend (charlie) actually told this old man that I was into Bitcoin.
The old man mentioned Bitcoin to me the first chance he got and it was because Charlie told him about me. To my surprise that this old man thought about me, I gave him BTC worth $50 just so he could try it as well. I told him he could spend it on the liquor store or keep it on his phone wallet for maybe its value will double in few weeks or months. I think he will really remember me as his friend forever.
