When you are already doing so much work, you can invest another $10k and run a casino for yourself. Maybe you will make more money, who knows... but if you sell all that "hard work" for $10k, then there's something strange about it.
As you wrote yourself, opening and running a casino can cost millions... in comparison, $10k sounds like an unrealistically small amount, which is another strange thing. Gambling and scams are like fishing, sometimes you catch something, sometimes you don't... that's why it's called fishing, I guess.
