Can't remember the last time I saw a player of his age deliver the sort of incredible performance I saw from the Croat today against Girona. Real Madrid were without doubt the best team in the game from start to finish but struggled to break the deadlock from the start until Luka Modric scored the screamer. Kylian Mbappe who scored a hattrick against Manchester City last week tried all he could to find the back of the net today but Girona defense didn't allow that happen.
