i write here now the full story so everybody understands it. on the 7th of february i deposited 5000$ and used their sportsbook a pinnacle provided when you are a bettor u see it instantly. i betted on a league of legends game and won like 550$ handicap lost so it wasnt sadly more. next day i asked the support about withdrawal times they said to me upto 1 hour but my account is under "review" he told after. i asked obviously why he told me the reason was i betted more on the game as the prize pool of the tournament is?!?!. he told me it takes 5 working days to finish it. so 5 working days are over and he started to ignore me in the chat and never answers. so now i wait since 8th february for my funds without any contact possibiliy. i have chat logs etc that i can share if someone is able to contact them.  i got banned of discord etc
