i write here now the full story so everybody understands it. on the 7th of february i deposited 5000$ and used their sportsbook a pinnacle provided when you are a bettor u see it instantly. i betted on a league of legends game and won like 550$ handicap lost so it wasnt sadly more. next day i asked the support about withdrawal times they said to me upto 1 hour but my account is under "review" he told after. i asked obviously why he told me the reason was i betted more on the game as the prize pool of the tournament is?!?!. he told me it takes 5 working days to finish it. so 5 working days are over and he started to ignore me in the chat and never answers. so now i wait since 8th february for my funds without any contact possibiliy. i have chat logs etc that i can share if someone is able to contact them.

i even had a friend asked in discord and when he asked why its stoll not payed he gets ignored i thought maybe someone here is a high tier in web3 ans knows them from conferences etc and can contact the ceo who seems pretty inactive. the rick and yossy in live chat and discord are the most rude person i might have seen so far in a customer care prospective
