Everything is hard when you are still a beginner. You don’t hold what will future bring you, that’s why you have to work your passion with all your heart and soul in order to turn your hobby into profits. Although you won’t get tired easily because you do love what you do, but sometimes patience and persistency reach their expiration, especially if things do not work base on what you planned it.

However, if you are just an employee and just do your skilled job, whether it turns out productive or not, that won’t matter with you, still you will get a compensation on it. So it’s quite easier earning an income if you have a company to rely on, compared to you are your own company.
I do agree with you. And to support my previous comment together with yours, those who wish to turn their passion into profit must be prepared to work two time harder on it. They are the most likely to get ridiculed if it doesn't work out as they planned. They are the most likely to suffer from several mental health issues if their plans doesn't work out. It is also very lonely because when you start our as a beginner with a big dream from your passion, no one will believe in you and you have to be the only one who will believe in yourself for a long time before other will join you in that belief when they see that it is yeilding some results.
