The first score made Madrid fans proud to see Modric beautiful kick. From the start there was no doubt to bet on Madrid's victory which seemed guaranteed without difficulty. Unfortunately in this match Mbappe seemed to be targeted by Girona defenders. Because every time Mbappe wanted to find an empty place, Girona defenders always thwarted Mbappe from scoring. So Mbappe realized that he would not be able to get through the obstacle and gave Vinic a chance and managed to score 1 additional score and Mbappe got 1 assist.

Modric looks like he never gets older. He is still doing good job, though he's almost 40 years old. He reminds me with Ronaldo.

He got the highest rating, which is showing how professional he is even when he's not young anymore. I wonder whether Real Madrid will keen to give him another one year. I know they must focus on the young talent's development, but having Modric for the leadership purpose is really beneficial to the club.

I must admit how he still better than many of young midfielders.
