In terms of turning passions to profit, it is way harder to earn from a hobby that was self taught than to earn from other skills or jobs or as an employee under a boss.
I think those who are crazy enough to turn their hobbies into a source of income and attain wealth unimaginable in the end know how hard it is to be patient, consistent and persistent despite criticisms and many setbacks, to get to where they are today as successful. Whereas those who get employed and have to work to earn a salary or earn from a skill that was learned somehow, don't encounter this much difficulty that may lead to financial freedom and breakthrough.
What do you think?
Definitely skill plays a significant role to make  someone have financial freedom, than a person working in a firm or company that receive frequent salary. But then it depends on the context. not in every skill worker has the previlege to be successful or wealthy, because most skill don't generate income as expected rather such skill may be a seasonal skill which means that the work don't come often. let's take for example a Tyler may not be fortunate to have contract always but a worker that does a job in a company may be receiving salary for 5 or 6 years and use the fund to do something thangible to help him aside Company work than a Tyler or 🧱 brick layer who only get job sometime and make huge amount and stay for long before getting another Job. So both both party depends on the situation. And a Tyler who gets a frequent work with his skill may also achieve success faster than the company worker. Just like I said it depends on the situation.
