If you watched Liverpool's performance today in the Premier league, you will know they are not a team to underrate, PSG might be performing brilliantly in their league games but when it comes to Premier league, team like Liverpool leading the table with 11 points gap from Arsenal who are second position in the table. PSG will have to be the one trying their best to survive, since the start of this season Champions league, Liverpool has never had any bad performance, i don't expect to see anyone at this point where the league is getting tougher, Liverpool will definitely qualify for the next round from my view of things.
There is no doubt for a team like Liverpool in the Champions League competition this season because Liverpool's proof of strength and performance in the Premier League is enough to be used as a reference because the team Liverpool will face is PSG who have so far failed very often in the Champions League. PSG will not have more strength to withstand Liverpool's attacks because Liverpool are very much a candidate to go to the Champions League final this season so there is no doubt to favor Liverpool in terms of going to the next round.
