However, on reading the terms and conditions of your service, I saw no such list. Could you please include the list of restricted countries in your ToS is at all there is any? It's very important.
Unfortunately, as previously discussed, their live support isn’t available 24/7, so I couldn’t reach out to ask about this. As you mentioned, their ToS doesn’t specify which countries are restricted (I just checked). However, since they claim to have a Curaçao license, you can assume that any country restricted under Curaçao’s regulations is also restricted here.
I think it is very difficult to get the support of all countries at the beginning of a platform, definitely the casino platform should give it time and maybe the team is trying hard enough. Casino owners never want any country to be away from their platform, of course you need to be patient to get your claim met.
