Market laws also apply in the crypto market, the same as the stock market. So it could be that someone who has millions of Bitcoins does a pump & dump on Bitcoins. The question is, who is the person who can own millions of Bitcoins? even the accumulation of ETFs alone can only collect around 1.3M Bitcoin
