You are right but I think you are directly referring to investments, and of course anyone who bought the asset at the right time should be on profit and doesn't counts whether you newbies or professional. As a newbie whenever they cease the opportunity at the right time you would see that there are all chances to be on profits when the market starts rising at the appropriate time, but for trading it's not that possible to make profits even though we presumed to be beginners luck while trading most times it doesn't works that way.
