As explained, the discussion here "stopped" because you propose to escalate the case to a higher authority, to get them to validate the emails,

The discussion is not stopped, I am still getting accused of things I have never done and you would not mind to ask for the evidences.... Becauseeeee becauseeee.

I propose to escalate to AG and you and Nutildah forced me to do that now, Which I did. But unfortunately AG staff rejected the complaint because they don't deal with GDPR things. as my Account was deleted by Duckdice.io without my permission and it was done to hide their unfairness.

yet getting around the bush for the past couple of weeks and ranting about repetitive things that's rather pointless..

I am wondering why didn't you asked the same from Duckdice.io representative when he ignored yours and mine requests to post the evidences publicly for  months now?

BTW which on one of them is your Statement? and why its changed with time and situations ?

In my Case Kirito89 wasnt well aware of GDPR thats why he asked my permission to post the email and conversation in public

Okay, that's two instances, with the one I previously mentioned that I was aware of, on #94, and the other that I early on missed, on #30, which after re-reading it, I got the impression that he's aiming to get it reviewed by limited eyes instead of publicly, as that probably quite doable with several red tapes cleared, which later escalated to be a permission to have it done publicly on #94, probably under the heated argument, and this is where [I imagined, not necessarily have to be the real scenario here] that he was told by his colleague and/or when he asked his supervisor for the permission he was informed that the red tape has become red solid bars of steel.

2nd

In other case the other support member lied and he wasn't aware of things but Kirito89, Kirito89 took over and he explained well as he is well aware of GDPR things?.

I can understand that you probably feel cheated or perhaps even betrayed with their "lies", where the live support said everything is deleted but you find it still accessible. Though I am not with DuckDice and certainly can't talk on their behalf, I'll assure you again that DuckDice are very compliant to GDPR.
Regarding the live support, I believe it is quite a common knowledge that live support in many casinos are poor. On this case though, the one that previously addressed you probably didn't have access or in-depth knowledge about GDPR data erasure. That's why they said what they said, which later fixed to a proper and more correct answer when Kirito89 handled the case.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Ahh well, turns out, it is indeed a marble. Well... [shrug]

Yes, you're wrong. And I'll gladly correct you, but this will be the last time I address your matter here as you're out of topic by bringing your own issue to someone's thread.

For the nth time, I did not ask DuckDice to present evidence because you proposed to get it to AG, you even PMed me asking about this. Thus, I, or perhaps more precisely all of the overseers, Kirito89 included, are waiting for you to get to AG so DuckDice can provide with more liberty and "wiggle room" as the data shared are kept private, lest they crossed the privacy policy and other regulations.

And for my statement, it doesn't change. It talked about two different situation. I wanted to say that a fifth grader can easily understand this, but then, we are dealing with marble here, so let me break it down.

The first quote, talked about sharing your data to a limited eyes, privately, and then escalated publicly, which [as I said] he was later informed that it was not feasible due to the amount of red tape, that "red solid bar of steel".

The second quote is about someone who asked why their data is still available although they've asked for it to be deleted. Live Support can't give a satisfying answer and Kirito89, who probably is more versed in the process of account erasure, jumped in to inform them that the procedure was a gradual process instead of an instant one-click delete.

You got it? I can try to explain again if you still can't see the difference of situation between both posts, but I unfortunately don't have crayons right now.
