In terms of turning passions to profit, it is way harder to earn from a hobby that was self taught than to earn from other skills or jobs or as an employee under a boss.
I think those who are crazy enough to turn their hobbies into a source of income and attain wealth unimaginable in the end know how hard it is to be patient, consistent and persistent despite criticisms and many setbacks, to get to where they are today as successful. Whereas those who get employed and have to work to earn a salary or earn from a skill that was learned somehow, don't encounter this much difficulty that may lead to financial freedom and breakthrough.
What do you think?
Why not make a job that provides income as a salary?  Grin
People who can make a hobby into a job or something that can produce, I can say that the person is a consistent person and also never gives up in doing something. We don't know how many times they fall and we only know when they start to succeed and become famous because of their hobby.
But can a hobby become a job that can continue to be fun? I don't think it can continue like that, because it will also be a burden. From the beginning which was unscheduled, now when it has become a job, then it is possible to become scheduled, and something that is bound by time in my opinion is annoying. Lol
