Usually the richer or wealthier a person is, the more meaningless the lower denomination of money mean to them, so let's say a person is making like $20,000 or more guaranteed money every month, $400 may mean still mean something or absolutely nothing to the person depending on the type of person he or she is and how much he or she have struggled before he or she became rich.
For example, if myself become a dollar millionaire or billionaire, trust and believe me when I tell you that $400 dollar will still mean a lot to me because I've suffered and have known how hard it is to become wealthy.

And the same also applies to big wins as well, for some high rollers, a $400 dollar is a big win, while for others, a $400 win may be to them like they won $4, all depends on the person, their level of wealth and how much they value money.
This is what most people who weren't born rich feels like, but even that depends on the person. This should not be the case I know, you should know the value of money I know, but there are some people who get some money after being poor for so long, and they waste it on some stuff and become broke again.

Gambling is fun, and I mean really fun, and I am not against gambling (evidently and obviously) but I am (and I am sure even 1win is) against losing all you have gambling. Casinos are not made so that you could become broke, they are made so that you spend some money to have some fun, just like you spend money on any hobby, if you could end up with some good returns, then you could make money, but even if you lose all your bets, you should not be in financial trouble.
