Thank you Hatchy and Peanutswar

with these two translations, we're almost finished with that topic. Only one more needed! (plus the Spanish one that I'm finishing myself).
The spot for Indonesian translators (main & backup) are already taken. So, I don't think we need any more Indo translators at this moment. Regardless, you are free to apply anyway and the Alliance will decide on that.
Ok, thanks for the information. Previously I thought anyone could register to be a volunteer here, I just realized everything here is really well organized. Maybe it's better if I come back after a long period to see whether the spot is empty or not.
The work we do here is entirely volunteer, but everyone has to meet a certain criteria first to be a member of AOBT. We can't just let anyone do the work because we have a reputation to uphold. You know what I mean. That's why new applicants are given probationary period before they are officially accepted.
Yes, everything is pretty organized, and all of the members are part of it. There isn't any central entity here. Whenever there are any decisions to make for the betterment of the alliance, all are involved. We basically vote yes or no and give our thoughts on various matters.
I couldn't have explained it better

thank you DS, and thank you too, KyoFi, for your interest. We'll be glad to hear from you again in the future if we ever need new Indonesian translators and if you're still interested.
