Self control and discipline is everything that can keep you in check as a gambler. We have all come to that point where we realize that we are going out of control and sometimes we tell ourself that we'd make a change but after a while the same mistakes are been repeated. Going through this cycle can be frustrating especially when you start again in a new year. Getting a grip of yourself and stopping this addiction can be quite difficult but it's not impossible, it's only going to take sometime, if you don't stick to the discipline that you are trying to cultivate then you'd keep relapsing.
