Manchester City need to shake up the squad, they need reinforcements but that can only be done in the summer. Their recent three losses to Real Madrid and now Liverpool yesterday is not good at all. I am sure that Manchester City will make good signings in the summer to improve the squad.
Do you believe that signing more players in the summer would help Manchester City? I'm not sure whether adding more players is the best choice for the squad; they have strong players in every position, but we didn't get to see their best. We all imagined that adding more players during this period would solve Guardiola's problem, but we were all mistaken. Guardiola, also, doesn't know how to fix their poor trend this season; they spent millions on buying new players, but the team's condition remains unchanged.
One cannot really say about that, but not making any changes in the squad still means they are yet to solve the problem they’re facing now that we can also see to be the reason for their poor form this season. They are a team with a lot of prestige and bringing their records down this season is really not nice for them and won’t make a good season ending for them. Let’s see if they make any changes to the squad by summer, and if they don’t then let’s see what Guardiola will do to make the club better that they are now.
However, Manchester City plans to allow many of their players to leave the club after this season; if the players they listed leave in the summer, Manchester City will definitely sign more players to strengthen their performance for the following season because I have started feeling sorry for Guardiola with the way he looks broken whenever they lose a game, but he is experiencing how other people feel when they are having a bad season.
This is truly a bad season for Manchester City and this season will really be hunting Pep Guardiola now, I am not sure he has experienced such poor season all time of his managerial career before. When he begins to feel that things are already getting better for him, then the inconsistency resumes and they experience more worse form than before. Manchester City may still have some ample time to recover back for now, but not for the premier league trophy but to stand a chance to finish in a position to give them a slot in the European competition for next season.
