Kompany really got his team back on track after the draw against Leverkusen and the disappointing results in the UCL competition. We can see how they played yesterday against a team that can be categorized as a strong team but Frankfurt turned out to be powerless, Frankfurt only recorded 7 shots with 2 of them on target. From here we can conclude that the championship title is already 90% Munich's, although it is possible that in the remaining matches they could experience 1 or 2 defeats, but I don't think it will affect their chances of lifting the trophy considering the points difference with Leverkusen is already far.
I am pretty sure that they are joyful about the UCL results, aren't they? I mean sure they got a tie against Celtic but they got to the next stage, isn't that what matters? And if the "downside" of getting a tie is going up, then I am pretty sure that everyone would be happy with that, plus Leverkusen tie is great too, kept the points gap still. So they are doing fine, and this win also helped them a lot, they are basically the champions at this stage.
All they have to do now is to make sure they can beat Leverkusen at UCL, if they can do that then they are going to be able to say they had a great season. They can't win UCL that easily, so losing that wouldn't be terrible, would be awesome if they can win the whole thing, but it's fine if they lose, but first they would be expected to win against Leverkusen.
