Hack is not something we can predict when it should come or not but, one thing for sure is that when an information is leaked from an Internal person then it's that possible to be hacked. To me all hacked that we do experience today are from internal and of course most of them happens to be their former staff or present staff that could release those information to them to hack their site and after which they have some percentage coming from the hack. I think I have came across similar post where either casino or exchange was hacked and it was their staff who did that.
