Bitcoin is not the thing which can modify the country's economy. Economy depends on the some facts and figures.  Like for a good economy is necessary to have a low inflation rate as well as a low unemployment rate, etc. If your country has this capacity, then for sure your country can skip the poverty in a few years. If your country has an unhealthy economy and you want to improve your Economy or helping your nation to come out from poverty through Bitcoin, then it is impossible. Only Bitcoin can not be enough for a country to make its economy upgrade. There are lots of things needed for a country to escape from poverty.

You can take the example of El Salvador. They have more Bitcoin adoption than other countries. But still, their Economy is not too good.
